Our move from Colorado to Oregon took place the week between Christmas and New Years, a time when many people are taking time off. Lucia informed us of that long before the time came to pick up the car so we were prepared for a later pick up. Once a carrier was found, things couldn't have gone more smoothly. The driver arrived to pick up the car as scheduled and kept us informed of his progress by phone. The car arrived in great shape. Totally hassle free.
