Very helpful, even under duress

My car shippment as what you might call a difficult case. None of the carriers wanted to take my car for the dollar amount that I had been quoted because of the gas price increase and because it was going from one small down in California to West Virginia. Although, I was without a car for 2 weeks longer than expected in West Virginia and I had to pay more than I was originally quoted to finally get my car out here, the employees at Amerifreight were extremely helpful and apologetic. It seemed like everyone in the office was working on finding me a carrier and they refunded me $50 of their finder's fee for the inconveinence and to defray the additional costs that I had to pay. Although I did not have as successful a shipping experience as I had hoped, the fault was more in the lack of resonable carriers than in AmeriFreight's customer service. In all, they were extremely helpful and accomodating.
