Delivery team had difficulty unloading vehicle from the carrier. My vehicle has a standard transmission and neither the driver or assistant knew how to get the car into reverse.
My vehicle requires the shifter knob to be lifted upward to engage into reverse. The driver and assistant had very limited english vocabulary and did not attempt to ask me for assistance.
Vehicle was winched off the carrier rather than driven off. As a result the tow hooks on the car now have scratches where the winch cable were attached. It's minor but could have been avoided altogether. I didn't complaign because the car was picked up the very day I returned the signed shipping order form to AmeriFreight. Overall I am extremely satisfied as the price charged was far less than all but one company I contacted.
