The AmeriFreight people are very responsive and knowledgeable when you talk with them. Their service is excellent. However, it was sometimes challenging for me to get someone on the phone (or to call me back) after I was passed from the sales people to the dispatchers.
My experience with Raechel was superb; she is a pleasant person to work with. She even stayed after hours on a Friday to arrange a carrier that could pick up my car the next day (Saturday). I believe this was someone else's responsibility, but she worked late on her own time to make it happen. I really appreciated that kind of service.
