I recently purchased a 2013 Kia Optima for a family member. I live in South Texas & bought the car from a dealership in San Antonio. I had it shipped to upstate NY, where my family member lives. Ali Miller did a great job from start to finish. She found a transporter shortly after I contacted her. Her communication with me was excellent & she was professional & understood that this was my first experience having a vehicle transported.
I paid $940, which I thought was very reasonable, given the distance. The driver arrived a day early. The only thing I would improve is, that I wish the driver/dispatch would have communicated better with me & each other. I was never able to speak with the driver, having called him several times. I spoke with dispatch several times & he was unsure of wether the driver had delivered the car already or not, at that point in time. But, all went well. My family member called me & told me when the car arrived. It was in fine condition. A little dirty, but nothing that can be helped on an open truck.
Overall, I was very happy with how things went & I will not hesitate to call Ali again if I ever need to transport another vehicle.
