I had never previously shipped my car, so I didn't know much about the process of doing so. When I spoke with Kenneth, an associate at AmeriFreight, (a car transport broker) he explained all of the costs, insurance coverages, and processes right up front and worked with me all the way up to my car's pick up. The customer service was great; Kenneth was honest, up front, and polite. I would recommend to a friend!
