I had a great experience with amerifreight. As soon as I completed the steps on my end the ball started rolling immediately and efficiently. Pick up was on time and delivery was a few days early. All contact people on all ends were professional and courteous. The only complaint I would have would be the lack of explanation on the entire process: I'd never shipped a vehicle before and I kind of had to explain that in order to understand the bidding, broker etc. But once I did the information was freely and expertly given via Lecia. Also the email I had to send back to confirm the transaction had some boxes to check that weren't fully explained, I just opted out of everything since I didn't understand. All in all a great experience though.
