I worked with Brett From Amerifreight to find a carrier and deliver my car from OH to MA. Original quoted price was $595 total for transport. $250 of the fee was for Amerifreight, the broker, to find a carrier. He was not able to find a carrier to transport the car for that rate. However, he did find one to transport it for $500, making the total $750. Brett's communication was as expected. It would have been nice to know the process and the possibility of an increased price to find a carrier before accepting Amerifreights services. Overall, Brett and Amerifreight was good to work with.
