The agent (Brett) was very prompt, nice, and accurate. He found the carrier and arranged the pick up (next day) in one hour after I confirmed the order.
The carrier (driver) was very nice, expalined the process & timing in detail, and delivered the car on time (in two days!) without any damage or delay.
Nice, fast, and completely satisfactory!
