I am overall completely satisfied with this company. I'm sure you're probably feeling a little anxious and nervous as to who to select with all the positive and negative reviews out there, but what did it for me with Amerifreight was the fact that they are BBB certified, and their ratings of negative reviews were slim compared to others ratio wise.
Although I was quoted at a lower price at $835.00, they did warn me that if the trucker wanted more, they would inform me about what that difference is. I just appreciated their honesty, and Lecia was very informative on how the company works. She put my concerns first, and really tried to help. She did call me to keep me posted about my car and with a little luck, I received a call a day prior to pick up. Sure, it was last minute, but my car arrived in California safe and sound. The driver himself was wonderful. Calling and estimating time upon arrival and delivery.
Just remember, shipping your car is going to naturally be stressful and nerve wrecking. Amerifreight definitely made my move smoother. If you want a company that keeps in touch with you and is open and honest, use Amerifreight, they provided me with peace of mind, and that's the best thing that one needs!
