Overall good experience with a few exceptions

My experience up until now was perfectly fine. A representative at Amerifreight handled everything and was fairly easy to get in touch with by phone and email. I was given an estimate of $940 from California to Georgia. I ended up paying $100 more because the company doing the shipping wouldn't take less. The Amerifright representative tried to negotiate but couldn't budge them.

The car got picked up just 4 days into the 2 week window I was promised, and was delivered about a week later, as promised.

Amerifreight has a policy that you leave them a review (or is it 2 reviews?) within a week of car arrival, or otherwise they charge you $50 more. The documentation they provided said one review, so I did that before the close of the 7 day window. Then I sent an email to the representative to make sure it was seen and was what they were looking for. However I received no response. I then called a couple of days later and left a message and still no response. Now I receive an email (with no notion of my original email) stating that I need to leave 2 reviews, not one. I thought I might get charged $50 which concerned me. But since then I've talked to the representative, and he says that by mistake the email specifying two reviews was never sent to me, so I won't be charged.
