My experience with AmeriFreight was great! Shipping my Toyota Tacoma pickup from Los Angeles to Baltimore was a breeze... The agent was very helpful, got me a great deal, and paired me with an amazing transport company (A1 Trans). My agent continually checked in throughout the process and even called the auto transporter to ensure my delivery would be on time. As a first time vehicle shipper I would definitely recommend AmeriFreight to others.

My only critique would be the big emphasis on getting customers into leaving 5 star reviews through money incentives, or by telling them how putting anything under 'Excellent' will reflect poorly on the agent's monthly performance review. Cash back is always nice, but with a company that prides itself on excellent customer service it may be good not to inflate their own reviews and let their merit do the work..because it totally would!!!!! :)
