Working with Brett at AmeriFreight was generally easy and he was responsive. However, the carrier that was chosen to move the vehicle was several hours late, resulting in a great deal of inconvenience for us, and the size of the truck required us to deliver the car to an inconvenient location. He also did not provide much advance warning on the day of drop-off.

There is no guarantee about exact times of pickup and delivery. In fact a carrier being late a few hours is not unusual. In many instances delays can carry over a full day or more. It is also clearly stated that carriers will only be able to deliver vehicles that are easily accessible by truck. The option lies with the carrier to determine how convenient the pickup and delivery locations are. We apologize for the inconvenience this shipment may have caused our customer.
