Many folks tend to blend the customer service they receive from the broker and that which they receive from the carrier; this is a bit unfair considering they are two different companies. I was fortunate enough to use a broker who turned out to be diligent in their communication and a carrier, The Car Hauler, who delivered my car promptly despite a few hiccups out of his control. Justin from Amerifreight was in constant communication and was able to find a carrier for me promptly and coordinated everything with due diligence. Jack from, from the carrier The Car Haulers, was also in constant communication with me, professional and pleasing to work with.

I would definitely recommend Amerifreight as a broker you can trust and The Car Hauler as a carrier who delivers right the first time.
