The car reached the destination safely. Overall the job got done. Jorge was our initial go to person and he is polite and easy to talk to. We had to work with Graham later and he is curt and not very patient. While I am relieved that the car was delivered safely and everything went well, I wish we got better customer service. It is very difficult to get hold of anyone in their office, they do return the calls the next day but this can be frustrating when you have time constraints.
