First of all - I highly recommend Amerifreight.
My shipping route was cross-country, from the east coast to the west. The destination was a quite inconvenient location - it was a small isolated town surrounded by mountains, which made it so difficult to find a carrier who was willing to drop the car directly at the specified delivery location. But Amerifreight made it happen!
My agent, Graham, was very experienced and very efficient. After one whole week of posting my shipping request and no carrier wanted to pick up (I needed my car to be shipped soon), he changed my delivery location to a bigger city, so to increase the possibility a carrier will be interested (Fortunately, the carrier ended up delivering my car all the way to the destination location). From my experience with Amerifreight, what I didn't like about was the fact that my agent was always busy, away and hard to reach (he must be doing well so he had many customers at the same time). But he reached out to me quickly once he found a carrier for me!
I wasn't happy to know that my actual shipping cost was way more than the price quote, but I knew it was the price the carrier asked for rather than my Amerifreight agent, and that I had the time constraint. By the way, my car was delivered earlier than estimated! Overall, I am happy with my experience with Amerifreight. Thank you, Graham.
