I called with relatively short notice on shipping from NC to CA. Turnaround time was excellent. Brett closed the order out same day - even with changing from open to closed carrier. Brett was very friendly and quick to return calls or emails. Flexibility with my schedule was much better than I expected. Although a little high in price ($1,895 for my daughter's Nissan Cube which, to be fair, was about mid range of quotes I received) the drivers and John(Regal Auto Transport) were great to work with. Very knowledgable and offered suggestions that were helpful. I greatly appreciated their flexibility on timing for pick up and drop off, as well as communication throughout process. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and efficiently. I would use them again and recommend them as well.
