Overall, we had a very positive experience with AmeriFreight. Jessica, my customer service rep, was very knowledgeable and thorough. My vehicle arrived exactly when it was supposed to and I was happy to see that their transport carrier was also informative and followed up. The only caution I would add is that you really do have to be ready when they tell you they are picking up the car and when they are going to drop it off. Example: We got a call from the carrier that they were ready to drop off the car the following morning so I had to work around my work schedule so that I could be present at the time they requested.
