After having the best experience with Ameri-Freight when we first transported our daughter's brand new Hyundai Elantra car from California to Louisiana, we felt confident that they would do a great job on the return transport trip. This second experience with Ameri-Freight was just as excellent as the first time!
Jessica was diligent and conscientious in finding a transport for the specific time slot we needed. I was initially disappointed because the new cost quoted was higher than the first trip but after Jessica took the time to explain why the return expenses would be higher, based on the fewer number of carriers available for the return route from Louisiana to California, I could understand the reason. Moreover, she did a good job of communicating with us on a regular basis to keep us well-informed and as a result, we were able to relax and have the confidence that everything would go as planned, which it did! I cannot imagine a better experience with another company. I really appreciated that Jessica is obviously a very nice person and an absolute pleasure to work with!!!
