Entire process from order placement to pickup went very smooth. Graham provided excellent customer service, and was very forthcoming and honest about what to expect from the company. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and always returned my calls. My vehicle was picked up on the exact date I was given when I placed my order. I was given a 5 day time frame for delivery, but my vehicle was actually delivered within three days. The driver was very professional, curteous, and he reached out to me right away. Overall, I had a great experience with AmeriFreight, and I would definitely use the company again in the future.
