This was our third time using AmeriFreight and I couldn't be any happier. I suggest them to anyone that asks which company they should use when looking into moving their car. Every single agent that I have dealt with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Dustin was a great agent to work with. Always replied to emails/calls in a timely manner. Very pleasent to talk to and he knew what he was talking about. When setting up delivery location we did not have an exact address. We were sending the car to my brother which was in Fort Hood. The base is so huge it did not have a physical address. Dustin worked with me and confirmed that it would not be a problem. He took my order over the phone and confirmed everything in email after the phone conversation. When there was a carrier available he used every possible way to reach me. He called and email advising that a carrier was available. He made sure I made my decision in a timely manner so to not lose the spot as they fill up quickly. He was amazing to work with and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent.
My brother is in the Military. He has been in the Army for 5 years. Within those 5 years we have used AmeriFreight and only AmeriFreight to either ship his car to him or ship the car back to us. This time we shipped the car from RI to TX. They picked up the car March 26th and delivered the vehicle April 2nd. They were fast and easy to work with.
