They had a transporter lined up almost as soon as I gave them my details, the car was picked up two days later, and delivered undamaged four days after that. Good responsive customer service as well.

Improvement could be made to the way communication is handled by the transport company. While they did a good job of shipping my car, I would have appreciated more proactive communication from them about when my car would be delivered. They estimated that my car would be delivered in 3-4 days, but I had to call them for finer estimates on the third day. Updates to the likely window of delivery as the vehicle approaches its destination would be helpful.
