Amerifreight was great; transporter, not so much

We tried 3 other companies before Amerifreight, and they were the only ones who explained the process and found us a transporter. Apparently if you want your car picked up and delivered within a reasonable amount of time, you have to increase your bid. We offered $400 and ended up paying $700. The bad news was that the transporter's truck broke down and the car was 4 days later than promised. And the even worse news (not a result of the shipment) was the car died 3 weeks after being delivered and is now worth $300. What luck! Amerifreight did a good job, but we will never transport a car again.
