This was my first time shipping ANYTHING. So it took me a long time to find a company. I searched many, many companies. I almost gave some money to a fake company and they harassed me at work even. So my co-worker decided to help me and we found Amerifreight. Researched them a little and made contact with a lady named Jessica. She went through everything with me and assured me of all worries I had. She quickly and correctly answered every single question I asked, and I had a lot. My car is very precious to me and has a lot of sentimental value, so I wanted to be positive I was going with the right and a legit company. After her explaining the process, I told her I would think about it overnight and give her a call the following day. I decided to go with Amerifreight. Down payment was taken and she quickly went on the search for a company they use to pick up my car, Oscar. Not within 15 minutes later, she found a company that only requested $5 more (it could have gone up to $200). It was Unified Auto Trans. I admit I got mixed up information at first, but I was sure of everything very quickly after. My driver's name was first told to me as Sean Manny, which later I learned was a contact man. My driver's name was Edy Ortiz. They picked up the car sooner than expected and arrival date was March 9th. Weather was pretty bad at the time all over the North part of the US. I was worried I wouldn't get Oscar in time but I understood. One day I got a call and said my car was being delivered the next day. I was shocked. I was excited and shocked. They couldn't deliver it at the apartment building I live in because of the way the parking lot is, which I also understand. So they chose the nearest place with a big parking lot and it was convenient. He told me the driver would be there between 9am-12pm. I couldn't make that time because of work. He was so nice enough to wait an extra 2 hours for me. After I got off work, I rushed over there and watched him as he removed another car to get mine down from the top row, but Edy knew exactly what he was doing. I couldn't be happier, especially because my car was delivered 3 DAYS EARLY! And I know, if I have anything else to be shipped, I know which company I will use again. No issues, everything knew what they were doing so there were no kinks in any process, and pick up as well as delivery was way early. Everyone was so nice and friendly, they weren't greedy in asking for more money and the only thing wrong with my car was the fact that he was dirty which is to be expected. Lol. The whole process has left me happy and it went way better than I expected. Would use again and even recommend.
