Did not like the experience with the carrier

I got my car shipped from Florida to Washington state. I was matched with a carrier (Motion Auto Carriers) for a total cost of $1550. The driver from the carrier I was matched with called me one night to see at what time he could pick up the car the next day. When he arrived to the destination he did not know where in the city he was allowed to drive with the truck and where he had space to park to leave my car. I was going to have friends receive the car for me in the destination and the driver was upset because me and my friends did not know where he was allowed to drive in the city (neither were we prepared to know that we had to advice him about which streets he could take with the truck) and the destination address was not reachable by truck. Finally we suggested a place where to leave the car and agreed on it but then he was upset again because my friends were going to take 30 minutes to get there and he was running late. It all resolved (I did get my car!), but at some point I just told the driver to leave my car with the keys inside right where it was so that he would stop complaining. I was very embarrassed with my friends for having them deal with the driver the way he was acting, and disappointed in the driver's competence and patience. I definitely do not intend to go through such stressful experience without necessity and I will take my chances with some other business next time. There must be better ways to conduct businesses. The experience was very stressful and communication was poor. A good agency should match you with good carriers.
