I filled out a quote on ameri-freights website after i Googled legitimate companies to ship my car and they were #1 on several websites so I figured I could trust them and sure enough the reviews were correct. The main complaint I have is after filling out a quote online I did not receive a call until I paid for their service via paypal only then did I receive a call from them. I guess they must receive tons of fake quotes on their website or something which forces them to not call initially. I did however receive an email the first day but it did go to spam so I was unaware of it but I did find it after a couple of days of wondering why they failed to contact me when on their site it says they would within 24 hours. Jorge was the guy who called me the first time and everything went well with him. The 2nd call I received was from another guy and he was matching me up with a delivery company to ship my car and this all happened extremely fast and was about 5 days ahead of schedule. The delivery of my car ended up being in a closed container instead of an open one like I requested but it was a bit of an upgrade since it was a week ahead of schedule and for about the same price I initially requested. Overall Ameri-freight is a legitimate and trustworthy middle man of the car shipping business. If I could go back in time I would have figured out a way to contact these shipping companies directly and I could have saved myself a couple of hundred of dollars but at the same time it would have been much more difficult and probably would not have had the insurance benefits or the trustworthiness that Ameri-freights partners have. I would use amerifreight again for their service.
