This was my first time in having a vehicle shipped and at first felt that things were explained clearly, however once I actually hired them to locate a hauler things seemed to change. I called several times and left messages with no return calls. When the very low rate was not picked up after over a week and they canceled the order I emailed back expressing the concerns I had about being contacted directly by drivers with offers to haul my truck for amounts over three times what the bid was and that I still wanted it moved and please up the offer. I received an email that simply said "Done", no response what so ever about the concerns I had raised. The company that actually picked up and delivered the truck did an excellent job and were very good at communicating with us. I cannot say I would never hire American freight again as there were others that were helpful when I called, I can say that I would look elsewhere before using them again. I must say that the idea of being charged an extra $50.00 if I don't do this review (a supposed discount) and an opportunity to win $100.00 for giving the best review offensive.
