I was referred to Amerifreight by a friend who had used them previously. They had a satisfactory experience and I called to find out what services Amerifreight had to offer. Graham was pleasant on the phone and made sure to send me an email containing all information we had spoken about to make sure I understood all terms and fees. My initial quote was $795 which I was skeptical about. Graham was thorough in explaining that the quote was exactly that, and not a fixed price. I ended up paying $1295 to ship my car from FL to CA. The car arrived on the date agreed upon and therefore the end result was a satisfactory experience. I rated this experience a 3 or just above average because my expectation is decent customer service. In my opinion average isn't a bad thing. I would have liked to have the relationship (or lack thereof) between amerifreight and the shipping company explained to me in greater depth. The shipping company believed I knew all of the details but I did not, and the experience would have been smoother had I known all of the details. I have no reason to avoid Amerifreight in the future and I would likely recommend them to other friends in need of shipping services.
