After I had to change my pickup date at the last minute, Jorge went above and beyond to work with the contracted driver to have my pick up date changed to fit my needs. Also, the driver was very helpful and agreed to meet me without much notice in order to ensure my car was picked up when needed. I was also able to get in contact with the driver for updates on when the car would arrive. Overall, I had a great experience and would use them again (this is my 2nd time using this company).
