Though Jorge provided excellent customer support, I was very disappointed in the lack of accountability and commitment by the actual transporter. They were 5 hours late picking up the vehicle for shipment, and not only did the delivery take 14 days after I was told it would only take 7-10 days, but the transport driver also was 2 hours late after communicating his delivery ETA. Customer Service training is highly recommended.
