I spoke to the man who would be taking my car and we agreed through Amerifreight that Friday was a the day to pick up. He called back later and asked if he could pick up a day earlier, usually this wouldn't be a problem, but between moving, packing and getting the last minute to-do's out of the way I wasn't able to to this, he seemed a little irritated about it but there was nothing I could do, Friday was the first day I told the company I was available to let my car go. He came and picked up my car, checked it out very thoroughly and told me I shouldve washed my car before, i told him i didn't think i needed to since it was getting shipped across the country on a open truck. He brought his wife and little two yr old boy with him, they stayed out of his way until they left with my car. before he left, he told me that he would have my car delivered maybe Tuesday or Wednesday, that wasn't the agreement I had with this company but just let it go. He called me when he was close on Monday night @ 6, and told me to meet him to come get my car, i told him i couldn't, it was too late by the time he would get there it would be 9,I told him I didn't have a ride, he told me he would drive my car to come get me and take him back to his truck which was about 3 miles away, plus I needed to get the cashiers check still, he was upset about it, but again nothing I could have done. I met up with him the next morning @ 8 am, and he was running a little late, but I got my car without any damages or scratches. I would recommend AmeriFreight to anyone that is needing a good deal on shipping their car and the employee Rachel I kept in contact with was wonderful, she answered all of my questions, and I trusted her to find me the right deal :)
