This is my 2nd time using this company and I am generally pleased. Bob was quick to respond to emails/questions. This company is honest and professional. They do work hard to find drivers. Contact them early to make sure your car arrive at your preferred date. I have worked with both Bob and Graham and have been pleased with the customer service. I have talked to other auto transport companies while getting a quote, and many of them sound/act like sleazy salesmen (opposite of this company)! Make sure you talk to your rep and know exactly what will happen, and this company does their best to explain everything. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to deal with a professional staff. The driver is not associated with this company, so just a side comment, my driver was a little older, so he called me multiple times to find my place. It was frustrating, but my car came in a timely manner and was not damaged.
