I needed to move my car from Lafayette, LA to Greensboro, NC in a time frame convenient for my daughter who was using the car in Lafayette. Because I’d never shipped a car before, I researched numerous car transport companies and narrowed my search down to three. One company whose office was just 30 minutes from me was looking pretty good until I found out they could not deliver in my time frame. A second company also looked good and came recommended by a local contact. When I found out they required all funds up front and had no formal written agreement for the transaction, I eliminated them. Of my top three, AmeriFreight was the only company that could meet my time frame, deliver a written agreement, and render the service at a reasonable cost. In addition they had an excellent rating with the BBB, a home office I could easily locate, and a representative, Jorge, who understood customer service. My car was picked up on Friday in Lafayette. I expected to receive it on Sunday or Monday. Upon checking in with my carrier on Saturday, I learned that my car would be delivered that day and it was. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!
