The car was shipped from MA to CO, it was a few days late. The carrier I used was nice, the truck driver did call to say he would be late. My contact at Amerifreight was fine but wasn't aware of the delays, did not return phone calls very quickly (usually within one or two business days) and did not seem to have much patience for my questions. However, the car was shipped within 10 days, did not have any damage and overall everyone was nice. Initially, I used the economical quote, which I knew was much too low. Within a couple days, I agreed to go from $1000 quote and paid $1200 in order to get my car shipped. Hopefully I won't have to ship my car again because it is a terrible process but I would probably use Amerifreight again.
