My experience was good. I was able to set a lot of the deal up through email. Communication was good throughout. I selected the SE rate at 1800, but still needed to add 300 dollars to the initial quote to get a carrier. Once a carrier was selected I communicated with him directly. Overall experience was good except for the raise in price.
