The people at Amerifreight were both helpful and informative. Jorge couldn’t have been more helpful. When I decided I needed the car sooner they quickly gave me the new price and found the carrier immediately. They explained the whole process to me and kept me informed every step of the way. Once they found the carrier they gave me all the carrier’s information and told me exactly what to do and what to expect.
Once I called the carrier and they went over everything with me I felt completely at ease with them. From start to finish D.R. Auto Transport was terrific. The women dispatcher and the women driver could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I would use them over and over again and would recommend them to everyone. They picked up the car exactly when they said they would and delivered it a whole day early, which was great. They inspected the car with my daughter before putting it on the carrier and then when they delivered it.
I have used other Auto Brokers in the past and I would say Amerifreight is the most reliable and tells you everything upfront so there are no surprises down the road.
