Hello
I had to move to California for work and had used a company three other times before, due to loyalty issues I called them for a quote (Carmoza) and they had been bought by a bigger company. I tried to explain I was a returning customer and they never called me back and the woman was really rude through email not even providing a telephone number. I refused to give Carmoza my business and reached out to AmeriFreight because my friend Jessica had used them in the past.
What a difference AmeriFreight was AMAZING!!!! Graham Turner was my rep, extremely helpful, answered all my questions, called me back and explained everything patiently. I was on a tight schedule since I needed my car in California before starting my new job and he was able to coordinate the whole thing seamlessly to the point that my car arrived in about 4 days... The customer service was fantastic and I was able to pick up my car on Friday to start work at 8 am sharp Monday.
i was really impressed, my car was in perfect condition and I was glad to have done business with AmeriFreight since I saved $500 from what the rude lady at Carmoza quoted me.
A++++ for service and reliability, really happy with the result. I have never taken the time to write a review in my life but AmeriFreight is totally worth it. Graham and Bob Turner ROCK!!!
