Bob Turner was my broker for the transport. I ask a lot of questions and he explained how the entire transport process works from the time you place the order to pickup and delivery.
Responded to my emails and calls prior to and after placing the order - within two hours or less.
Vehicle was picked up, driver inspected my vehicle with me and made specific comments and notes on the condition. I had an economny rate which Bob explained may delay the pickup date. I called back and added $100 to my quote, I felt it was a fair offer. He called back the same day with a driver for my vehicle. Bob even discounted my deposit because I offered up the $100 additional fee to get the vehicle picked up a few days sooner.
Four Seasons Auto Transport contacted me on time and stayed in contact with throughout the transport, probably 3 calls in the 11 days to let me know the shipment was still on schedule. Explained the process for pickup, delivery and payment.
The day before delivery Four Seasons Auto called me again to confirm my delivery the following day and the approximate time I would hear from the driver. The Driver called me at the exact time I was told he would. He estimated my delivery to be between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, my vehicle was delivered at 5:30 PM and would have been deilvered sooner, unfortunately he ran into LA traffic. I didn't have my vehicle detailed before the shipment, it was a little dirty from the transport but normal since it was an open transport. Vehicle is 2011, came in with no damage and the mileage was exact from pickup to delivery.
I would defiinately use both of these companies again. What was important for me was price, schedule, honesty, communication, no damages and delivery time. I was expecting a couple of glitches, but I can honestly say they're performance and delivery were outstanding! Highly recommend Bob Turner based on how he explained everything and assisted to get me exactly what I expected. Excellent Service!
