Bob took a lot of time trying to explain how the whole process to me because this is the very first time I did this, and no one I know had experience like this. And he explained how every other company does the same thing. But what he said actually made sence to me, so I decided to trust him and placed the order. After we GAVE our credit card numbers, it went down hill! I had problems reaching Bob. But Hassan(truck company) got back to me pretty fast but he wasn't too sure with the time situation.
We were nervous as this was the first time. So I am sure we were pretty annoying by calling a lot. The truck driver was the worst thing because it was just hard to communicate with him. But then I decided to just call Bob and have him talk to the driver. Then everything was fine. The driver was nice in person(probably because he was afraid not getting paid).
The car was picked up one day late and was delivered a day late, but it got here fine. I would be more happy if they call and let us know what was happening better. They never called to let us know that the driver would come one day later to pick up the car until I decided to call and find out.
But afterall, Bob with AmeriFreight is a great person to work with. You can totally count on him.
