THe whole process ended up working as described by the American Freight rep...we put a bid in, we were patient (we had time to wait for the vehicle). When we got a call that our bid was accepted we were happy, of course. THe driver contacted us as expected and picked up our car the next day. It was shipped to Utah. American Freight said it would arrive between 5-7 days and it arrived on the 5th day (Thanksgiving). My granddaughter was really "thankful" that she got her car as promised.
