Graham was able to locate a carrier within two days of me contacting him, despite it being a difficult pickup location. Unfortunately, the original carrier had a truck break down and they were not able to give me a time when a new truck might arrive. Graham and his team at AmeriFreight worked on Saturday to find me a new carrier within hours of me contacting them and at no price difference to me. The new carrier picked up when he said he would. The drop off was a bit late and we had to go to pick up the car because the carrier was having difficulty navigating the area.
