I worked with Bob Turner at AmeriFreight, who provided excellent customer service on his end. I was satisfied with his professionalism and had very little trouble getting in touch with him. I would recommend AmeriFreight because of their competitive pricing and discounted rates to students.
My vehicle didn't ship until 6 days after the beginning of the time window, but due to the rate plan I selected, I was warned ahead of time that this may happen. So although the car was picked up late, this was to be expected. I would recommend the Economy rate only if your time window is flexible.
My vehicle arrived in a damaged state, but this was due to the carrier company, Roche Auto Transport, who I do NOT recommend AT ALL, and not due to AmeriFreight, from what I understand. If you are interested in learning more about the damage please contact me and I will explain.
