Our whole experience with AmeriFreight from start to finish was easy and stress free. The customer service was excellent: initial telephone conversations with Jorge Cruz were informative and very helpful in guiding us through the process, and he gave us constant updates and follow-up through email as well as phone calls. The price was so much lower than many of the other companies we had received quotes from that I initially had some fear that it was a gimmick and that we would end up paying a much higher counteroffer from a trucker or waiting a long time for any trucker to be interested in taking the car. However, a driver was acquired immediately on the first available pickup day, and the counteroffer from him raised the price only minimally, keeping it still well below other quotes. The driver, Joe Eissing of Eissing Transport was very polite and professional. The delivery was only a half day late due to stormy weather he encountered on the trip. All in all shipping our car with AmeriFreight was a very smooth and easy experience and we would highly recommend this company and definitely will use them again.
