I called for a transport from Seattle to New Jersey about a week and a half before my move out date. Graham from Amerifreight sent me information about the company policy which detailed the process, pricing, and claims policies (best to submit within 48 hours of delivery)

The day before my move, I got confirmation that the car was being dispatched. The driver called an hour before and arrived at the specified time. I got a call 2 days before my expected delivery date from the driver asking me if I would be available late Tuesday (day early) or Early Wednesday (expected). I was available late Tuesday, and the car arrived undamaged and in good order Tuesday night. The driver was very polite and professional, and we dealt with the final payment (postal money order) once the car was off the truck and ready to go. All in all it was a very smooth experience for moving the car 3000 miles. The only negative is now I have to drive in New Jersey.
