AmeriFreight was honest and dependable to work with. They called when they said they would and returned calls promptly. They explained their quote process clearly.
The subcontractor that they assigned to take the car was not of the same quality. They said the car would be delivered one day, and it was delivered a day early. This meant that my daughter had to juggle her work to accommodate them. They promised to call at 7 am to tell her their arrival time, and they did not call. They then came an hour later than the initial window, thinking that it would be her lunch break, but she had arranged to have her lunch break earlier to accommodate them yet again.
The car arrived in the same condition as it was when they picked it up, and nothing was stolen.
I would definitely use AmeriFreight again, even with the inconveniences of the subcontractor. I felt very confident working with them. They were very professional and the car got where we wanted it in just a few days.
