Pickup and delivery were late. As a military member, it significantly interfered with my change of station plans. The only response was "well, that's the way it goes sometimes." No offer of a discounted price, no other remedial actions taken. Overall, I wasn't impressed. Why not just skip the middle man (Amerifreight) and go directly to the carrier?
