I purchased a vehicle from New York and had to have it shipped across the country to Washington State. I chose AmeriFreight as their agent, Bob Turner, was the only broker who took the time to properly explain the process to me. As my route was challenging, Bob was excellent at finding a reliable carrier at a low price and he worked with the carrier to find a delivery point that worked for all parties. Bob communicated well thought the process; he was always available without being a pushy salesman like some of the other brokers I contacted.
Once Bob arranged for my vehicle to be picked up, it waited for a transport truck for about four days. Once on the move, the shipping company had real time tracking and I watched my vehicle move all the way across the US, live, online. It only took the transport truck 3 days to complete the trip and my vehicle arrived early! I was able to see when my vehilce was almost at its destination and therefore I was able to pick it up the next morning (it arrived around midnight).
I would definitely use AmeriFeight again and would request Bob Turner to be my broker.
