My experience with AmeriFrieght was positive and I would use them again in the future. I looked at countless reviews on transportation companies and referenced the BBB before picking them. AmeriFrieght was one of the few with an excellent rating and very few complaints.

The representative that I spoke with at AmeriFreight was Jeff, and he was very quick to get the process going once I chose them; though, he could have been better about following up with me on the progress of finding a carrier, instead of me having to call to check in. However, he was always very friendly and I could tell they were very busy. It took them a little over a week to find a carrier, which was not a bad wait at all. I ended up having to pay $100 more than what I was originally quoted, but that was because the carrier held fewer spots than most so they have to charge a bit more.

Once the car was picked up, it took no time at all to arrive. In fact, they arrived early and even waited awhile for us to drive into town to meet them. My only complaint against the carrier - not AmeriFrieght - is that there was a scratch on the bumper that was not noted by the dealership (when I spoke to them) that I purchased the vehicle from, and it was not noted by the individual that I had inspect the car on sight before I purchased it. Either way, it is a small scratch and it would be impossible to prove where it came from and when. Overall it was a pleasant experience with both AmeriFrieght and Perry Auto Transport.
