If you want to spend less money then you must be prepared with a larger time window for pickup and delivery. The costumer service was good and Jeff handled the order carefully. Jeff explained well about it before placing the order that I have to increase amount if no drives want to pick my car within a week. I had to wait little bit longer for the pick up for my car in Bloomington,IL but delivery was on time.
