I spent hours researching options for moving my car from Arizona to Minnesota. I was very anxious about the process, and finally decided to call AmeriFreight. Graham was very friendly and helpful, and I booked my transport with the company several weeks before my move. Ultimately my car did get transported in the timeframe I needed, and at the cost I expected. It was not, however, at the cost originally quoted - their original bid was simply too low to be of interest to the drivers it seems.

During the last few days before my move, I felt I was trying to chase Graham down for information, and I ended up cancelling the order because it simply wasn't falling into place. The morning of my move, he called with a carrier who could pick up immediately at a cost $200 over my original quote. Because I hadn't gotten any other firm options into place yet, and the car would be picked up almost immediately, I went with the option AmeriFreight found.

Ultimately I give four stars because my car did get picked up and delivered when I needed, and it was at the cost I had figured I would have to pay. I will say the driver was wonderful, prompt and friendly and I would use him again in a heartbeat. The car was dirty, but that was completely to be expected considering the length of the drive.
